Autonomous System

Autonomous system Key features

Efficiency

One operator up to 3 mowers
Under convenient conditions, one operator can control up to three autonomous machines simultaneously
You will increase your effectiveness by up to 30 % and save labor and operating costs.
Watch here how Autonomous mowing increases efficiency by 30 %

Safety

Out of danger zone
Considerably lower risk of fatigue and injury.
Autonomous operation and an ergonomic remote control keep the operator at a safe distance—avoiding exposure to vibrations, noise, and exhaust fumes, and significantly reducing the risk of fatigue and injury.

Bidirectional communication provides real-time updates on the machine’s status, enhancing both safety and operational awareness.

Flexibility

Automatic work without difficult installation of perimeter wires.
The SNT Autonomous mower mows automatically even without perimeter wires. There is no need for ground cable installation on the property.
You may edit the route according to the number of mowers.

Automowing User Portal

Manage your autonomous mowers, assign tasks, and track routes—all in one place.
The portal stores map data and planned mowing paths for easy access.
Operators are guided step-by-step through the mowing process, with tools to upload/edit routes and run diagnostics.

Fleet & Task Management
The system uses a “Jobs” concept to assign and monitor tasks for each mower and operator. You can track real-time performance, time, and cost estimates for every job.
Accessible Anywhere
Optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile—manage your fleet from any device. Download the Mobile app here.
User Roles & Guidance
Two user levels: operator and fleet manager.

Operators are guided step-by-step through the mowing process, with tools to upload/edit routes and run diagnostics.

Autonomous system technology

SMAUT is the intelligence inside the machine

It powers the autonomous brains of professional mowing equipment with modular control systems designed for real-world terrain. Built for off-road environments like solar parks, vineyards, and infrastructure zones, SMAUT combines proprietary hardware, AI-driven software, and sensor fusion to enable safe, efficient, and scalable autonomy. From GPS-guided navigation to full unmapped operation, SMAUT transforms conventional machines into smart, self-operating systems—ready for integration, certified for performance, and proven in the field.
Precise satellite navigation
We use the following systems: GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo.

Spider Autonomous lawn mowers utilize advanced satellite GPS technology enhanced by GNSS-RTK correction stations. This eliminates the need for labor-intensive perimeter wire installations, enabling smart, wire-free mowing with minimal setup.

Fully Autonomous Mowing
Unlike conventional GPS robotic mowers, Spider Autonomous models are guided by satellite GPS combined with RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) correction transmitters, delivering centimeter-level accuracy.
Once the mowing area is mapped and obstacles are identified, the route planning software generates optimal paths. The mower then operates independently—no human intervention required.

Flexible Mowing Modes
Operators can easily switch between three mowing modes:

  • Autonomous Mode – Fully driverless operation.
  • RC Mode – Remote-controlled for manual guidance.
  • Perimeter Mode – Ideal for large areas with minimal obstacles.

What is Perimeter Mode?
In Perimeter Mode, the operator uses the remote control to guide the mower around the boundary of the mowing area. Once the perimeter is recorded, the software calculates the most efficient mowing route. The mower then completes the task autonomously.

Control for Maximum Safety

The RC ensures the operator remains at a safe distance, minimizing exposure to vibrations, noise, and exhaust fumes. This significantly reduces the risk of injury.

Key safety and usability features include:

  • Emergency Stop Button: Instantly halts all nearby autonomous mowers to prevent accidents.
  • Bidirectional Communication: Displays real-time mower data—incline, cutting height, fuel level, and remote battery status—for informed decision-making.
  • Wireless Charging & Long Battery Life: Powered by a Li-ion battery lasting up to 20 hours.
  • Lightweight Design: Enhances comfort and reduces operator fatigue.
  • Vibration Feedback: Improves control and responsiveness.
  • Easy Pairing: Simply place the remote on the bonnet of any Spider Autonomous 2.0 to connect.
  • 100m Control Range: Allows safe operation from a distance.

Spider Autonomous mowers are engineered to operate safely—even in the most demanding conditions.

Data Protection
Your privacy and security of our customers' data is our top priority.

At SNT Autonomous Solutions, the privacy and security of our customers' data is a top priority.

All operational data collected by our autonomous mowers is securely stored and processed within the European cloud infrastructure, ensuring full compliance with EU data protection regulations.

We implement robust cybersecurity protocols and follow strict access controls to safeguard sensitive information. Our systems are designed to protect customer data from unauthorized access, misuse, or external threats—whether during transmission, storage, or remote diagnostics.

By choosing SNT, you can trust that your data remains protected, private, and fully under European jurisdiction.

Mission Planner
Safe and Efficient Autonomous Mowing

Mapping Mode
Mapping a 10-hectare area takes approximately 4 hours. Once complete, the mower operates fully autonomously using the uploaded map—no human intervention required.

Perimeter Mode
The operator uses the remote control to trace the boundary of the mowing area. The software then calculates the safest and most efficient route, and the mower completes the task independently.

Obstacle Detection & Path Optimization
After mapping and identifying obstacles, the Mission Planner generates optimal paths to ensure safe and precise mowing.
